About the event
Join us for a day of healing & exploration at our Holotropic Breath Workshop. Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful approach to self-exploration and radical self-empowerment. Integrating insights from anthropology, psychedelic research, transpersonal and depth psychologies, Eastern spiritual practices, and mystical traditions of the world.
Holotropic Breathwork combines accelerated breathing with evocative music. As the process unfolds, the "inner healer" manifests therapeutic wisdom which transcends any knowledge that can be derived from cognitive understanding. Integrating this wisdom moves the participant towards positive transformation and wholeness.
